Lecture Prof. Wolf D. Prix, Coop Himmelb(l)au

Lecture with Prof. Prix in conjunction with the exhibition "Museums of the 21st Century. Ideas - Projects - Buildings"

Wolf D. Prix and Helmut Swiczinsky founded the architectural firm Coop Himmelb(l)au in 1968 in Vienna. Today it is one of the most important international architectural firms. Initially with an experimental/actionist orientation, today the firm primarily works deconstructivistically. Since 1988 there has been a studio in Los Angeles, since 2000 a branch in Mexico.
Coop Himmelb(l)au has realized museums, concert halls, research and administration buildings and residential buildings all over the world.
In Lentos the model of the Musée des Confluences, in Lyon (France) is shown.
