An evening devoted to cultural exchange between Turkey and Austria / Linz.

There will be a presentation of two works by the Linz artists Stephanie Mold and Margit Greinöcker & Tobias Hagleitner.

A journey to East Anatolia with a Lentos Museum stool.
In Linz there are Turkish people from the East Anatolian village of Gümühane. The Mayor of Gümüshane came to Lentos and fell in love with the museum stools. Stephanie Mold knows this, because she was working in the museum then. So she decided to take a bus to visit him. All the way through Turkey. Dressed in a museum outfit with a stool as a gift.

Shopping Tours Istanbul

Starbucks, Gloria Jeans Café, shopping boulevards with brand name stores, shopping zones for tourists, traditional weekly markets...
The work is based on "guided shopping tours" with residents of Istanbul through their own personal shopping area. To what extent to the shopping areas that surround us reflect us, where are the individual differences to be found?

Thursday 10am-9pm
Closed on Mondays (except on holidays)

On December, 24th and 25th as well on January, 1st the LENTOS is closed.
On December, 31st it is open from 10am to 4 pm.
