| 1913 | Marriage with the French art student Claire Bertrand |
| 1914 | arrested and deported into a camp near Angers |
| 1915/16 | Birth of daughter Evelyn and his son David in the camp |
| 1917 | For serious health problems and tuberculosis Eisenschitz stays in Switzerland. |
| 1919 | Participation at an exhibition of the Vienna Künstlerhaus |
| 1920 | Return to Paris and settles in Rue de Tournon |
| 1921 | Travels in the Provence, to Menton and Italy |
| 1922 | The Eisenschitz spend six months in Florence and Assisi. |

Three-week trip to the Sudan thanks to a scholarship. He buys a house in the Alpilles. |
| Since 1960 | many exhibitions in France on a regular basis. |

Exhibition at Seyne sur Mer, Lyon and Paris. Death of Claire Bertrand. Eisenschitz moves to Paris and continues to paint in the south of France as well. |
