Does collecting make you happy? Conversation and Guided tour

Erwin Hauser, Vice President of the Lentos Friends Association, donated his 2,994-work art collection to the city of Linz and Lentos in 2024. He thus enabled the museum to make the largest expansion since its foundation with the purchase of the Wolfgang Gurlitt Collection in 1953. To mark this occasion, Lentos is presenting a first best-of, providing insights into the history of its creation and showing focal points of the top-class collection of mainly Austrian artists that the Linz entrepreneur has built up with a trained eye over the past 25 years.
